Shipping And Handling Orders up to the value of $5.00 are charged a shipping fee of $4.00 and orders from $5.01 to $75.00 are charged $10.00. All other US orders are charged at $12.00. N.B. Unfortunately we cannot ship orders to PO BOX numbers.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa & Discover Card. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Guarantee Items purchased from Pendragon Gothic may be returned for a refund if they meet the following criteria: Items may be returned for any reason. You must have proof of purchase (a receipt or credit card statement). Item must have been purchased within the last 15 days. You must pay for shipping, and a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. An item with a defect may be returned for a full refund with our prior approval (we will pay for shipping and there is no restocking fee). All returns are done by check through the Postal System.
